Order Status & Delivery

  • HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

    The order will be delivered in 7 working days to all the metros and tier I cities, while for some pin codes it might take a little more time, so please write in to support@rarerabbit.in to confirm delivery schedule for tier II & III pin codes

 

  • How would I know if my order is placed?

    You will get a confirmation mailer of the placed order and a dispatch mailer when the order leaves our warehouse

     

 

  • WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SHIPMENT DOES NOT GET DELIVERED ON TIME?

    In case the order does not get delivered within 7 working days, you can write to us at support@rarerabbit.in or call us on 1800150200, we will do our best to get it delivered for you at the earliest.

 

  • WILL MY AREA BE SERVICED BY YOUR LOGISTICS PROVIDER

    In case you want a confirmation on the pin code been serviced please write to us at support@rarerabbit.in.

 

  • ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING CHARGES ON DELIVERY

    All merchandise displayed on our website are inclusive of delivery charges, hence no extra shipping charges.

 

  • DO YOU DELIVER OUT OF INDIA? 

    Yes we do deliver out of India, and it generally takes 7 days, depending on the city, but there is no Cash on Delivery facility for international orders, also international orders are not eligible for returns and exchanges.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?

    Reach out to us within 7 days of receiving the order. You can send us an email at support@rarerabbit.in or call us at 1800150200, with your order details and we will register a return pick up request for you. You need to pack the product back in its original packing (with tags) and seal it. Hand the packet over to our courier person, and as soon as we have it back in our warehouse, we will either issue you a voucher of the same amount or exchange your product as per your choice

    You can use the voucher credit points to buy anything else of the same amount from the website within 90 days.

 

  • WHAT HAPPENS TO ORDERS WHERE PRODUCTS ARE RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION?

    In that case, please write to at support@rarerabbit.in or call us on our toll free number 1800150200 within 7 days of receiving the order. For our records it is necessary to share a picture of the defect and email it to us along with your order number. All you need to do is pack the product in its original packing (with tags) and seal it so we can arrange for a courier pick-up from you. Once the product reaches us, we’ll conduct a quality check and replace the product for you or refund the amount in the form a voucher.

 

  • WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DIFFERENT ITEM FROM THE ONE THAT I HAVE ORDERED?

  • WITHIN HOW MANY DAYS OF PURCHASE CAN I RETURN MY ORDER

    You can only make your return within 7 days receiving it.

 

  • I HAVE REQUESTED A REPLACEMENT, WHEN WILL I GET IT?

    Once we receive your returned product in our warehouse, we will dispatch the replacement product from our end and send an email notification to you.

  • WHEN WILL I GET MY EXCHANGE PRODUCT?

    A minimum 7 days are required from the time we receive the returned product.

  • DOES RARE RABBIT HAS A MONEY REFUND POLICY?

    No, we do not have a money refund policy, we can always issue a voucher of the same amount in cases of returns and exchanges with a validity of 90 days
